Did you try to git bisect? I think I found the problem though I'm not sure why this worked on W10 and failed on W7. Anyway, the patch will be in the today's 2.6.0-0.3 test release. Editorial note: I hope the patch is sufficient. I still have a vague feeling I'm missing something...
