For some unknown reason, my cygcheck.out contained a duplicate path 
entry, and other duplicate lines. After I exited and restarted Cygwin64 
Shell, the duplicates are gone, but the Pulseaudio problem remains.
I'm attaching new cygcheck.out without the duplicates.
