Cygwin setup 2.874 64-bit bash fork dies waiting for dll load error

Hi Cygwin team,

I installed most of the bash shell tools and the X-Windows environment using Cygwin setup 2.874. I had the virus scanner turned off. When I try to run the bash shell I get the following output:

c:\cygwin64\bin>bash
0 [main] bash 12168 fork: child 10596 - died waiting for dll loading, errno 11
bash: fork: retry: No child processes
1288312 [main] bash 12168 fork: child 11292 - died waiting for dll loading, errno 11
bash: fork: retry: No child processes
3551368 [main] bash 12168 fork: child 9692 - died waiting for dll loading, errno 11
bash: fork: retry: No child processes
7822745 [main] bash 12168 fork: child 6112 - died waiting for dll loading, errno 11
bash: fork: retry: No child processes
16097824 [main] bash 12168 fork: child 8120 - died waiting for dll loading, errno 11
bash: fork: Resource temporarily unavailable

I generated the requested cygcheck.out file and attached it to this e-mail. It looks like it is that all the dll files are being reported twice, as ./*.dll and c:\cygwin64\bin\*.dll. I am a newbie here but that seems like a reason to be confused on the fork. Is there a way to fix this problem, I could not find a similar problem in the FAQs, mail archives, etc?

All the best.
