Thanks, Andrey. Unfortunately, I get exactly the same behavior when I use "run as administrator".

If you are aiming at default installation, try to right-click it and "run as administrator".
If you need to install it in restricted environment without access to superadmin rights, you'd need to use commandline switch (-B it is if I'm not mistaken).
