The fish package has been updated in the Cygwin distribution. Changes in
this release:
* Don't set GREP_OPTIONS. Use a grep function instead. With the recent
update to grep 2.21 in Cygwin, setting GREP_OPTIONS makes grep issue a
warning each time it's run, which is a lot. This fixes the warning. The fix
has already been made upstream and will be present in the next upstream
release.
fish is the friendly interactive shell. It's a Unix shell that focuses on
interactive use, discoverability, and user friendliness. The design goal of
fish is to give the user a rich set of powerful features in a way that is
easy to discover, remember, and use.
