Setup: remove packages from command line?

Is there a way to remove a package (or all packages not explicitly mentioned or
referenced via dependency) with setup.exe from the command line? The only thing
that seems to be possible is to fake a newer version for the package to be
deleted and supply an empty package for it.

Regards,
Achim.
