/dev/conin absent

Hello,

I use Cygwin mainly for ssh access to a few Windows command line utilities
(psexec, mainly). To make this easier, I generally use a wrapper utility named
conin.exe. The utility makes use of /dev/conin to do its magic.

After upgrading to the latest and greatest Cygwin release (1.7.13), that entry
in /dev seemed to disappear. Checking out the latest snapshot (2012-04-11)
gave me the same issue. Looking through the changelogs and recent mailing list
activity, it seems there were a few changes in the dev handling code in the
latest releases. Regretfully, I don't have the expertise to figure out why
conin disappeared, but it is still referenced in the source.

In the meantime, I've installed an older snapshot and all is well again.
