Settings for /etc/xml

Did a 
$ chmod 777 ../xml

New settings for /etc/xml
drwxrwxrwx+ 1 jcrepeau   Domain Users      0 Jan 28 16:23 xml

$ xmlcatalog -v --create --noout --add "system" "http://glade.gnome.org/glade-2.0.dtd"; /usr/share/xml/libglade/glade-2.0.dtd /etc/xml/catalog
add command failed
Catalogs cleanup
