Problem installing perl module Net::SSH::Expect

Hi,
I am having the following problem installing perl module
Net::SSH::Expect under Cygwin:
$ perl -MCPAN -e "shell"
and modules installation (v1.9402)

I do not know whether the problem is caused by missing package of Cygwin
or something else ?
