I tried to bunzip the snapshot and get the following:

It is possible that the compressed file(s) have become corrupted.
You can use the -tvv option to test integrity of such files.

You can use the `bzip2recover' program to attempt to recover
data from undamaged sections of corrupted files.

bunzip2: Deleting output file cygwin1-20090804.dll, if it exists.

Am I doing something wrong?

This is with the 56 version of cygwin running.

I used wget to fetch the snapshot and it unzips fine. However, completely crashes. The bash shell will not run. The window starts to open and then it terminates. This is on winnt 4.0.
