Unless something's gone very wrong, you should have both names present.
> $ cygcheck -l cygutils
[ ... ]
> /usr/bin/d2u.exe
> /usr/bin/dos2unix.exe
[ ... ]
> $ ls -la /bin/d*2*u*
> -rwxrwxrwx 1 DKAdmin root 11264 May 27 20:58 /bin/d2u.exe
> -rwxrwxrwx 1 DKAdmin root 11264 May 27 20:58 /bin/dos2unix.exe
