I don't know if there is a language barrier here but "unable" and
"reluctant" are hardly highly charged words and, IMO, they do accurately
portray what is going on.  You've asked for help and when some
suggestions are offered you have said that you couldn't act on them
because of company policy - i.e., you were unable.  Some suggestions,
like the one above, and the suggestion regarding heap_chunk_in_mb,
required multiple attempts, which would seem to imply reluctance.

I have pointed you at a suggestion which, since it involves changing an
OS setting, you now say you will be able to act on.
