[ANNOUNCEMENT] Updated: cogito-0.18.2-2

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA1

A new package, cogito 0.18.2-2, is now available for download, replacing
0.18.2-1.

NEWS:
=====
This is a minor patch update, attempting to fix cogito to work with the
new installation layout of git 1.6.0. However, cogito is no longer
actively maintained upstream; you are probably better off learning the new
features of git rather than trying to continue using cogito. See also the
package documentation in /usr/share/doc/cogito-0.18.2/.

DESCRIPTION:
============
Cogito is an interface to the Git version control system. It is designed
to be comfortable, easy to use and present gentle learning curve for new
users. It is not by far as full-featured as 'raw Git' is, but although the
plain Git interface went a long way since the first days, Cogito still
provides a simpler and easier to learn interface.

UPDATE:
=======
To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on the
http://cygwin.com/ web page. This downloads setup.exe to your system.
Save it and run setup, answer the questions and pick up 'cogito' from
the 'Devel' category.

DOWNLOAD:
=========
Note that downloads from sources.redhat.com (aka cygwin.com) aren't
allowed due to bandwidth limitations. This means that you will need to
find a mirror which has this update, please choose the one nearest to you:

QUESTIONS:
==========
If you want to make a point or ask a question the Cygwin mailing list is
the appropriate place.
