gcc -Wl,--export-all-symbols -Wl,--out-implib,libscheme.dll.a -o
scheme.exe *.o ...

Without --export-all-symbols, ld won't export any symbols when creating
an executable; see http://sourceware.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=6744
for details.
