  It is most likely that one of the data or configuration files for
configtool.exe now has the wrong kind of line-endings.

  We don't know anything about that here, because it is unique to eCos; you
definitely need to ask on an eCos mailing list, where they should be able to
tell you which files could have gone wrong.
