Yes. That would be the "more" command from the "util-linux" package, as shown by <http://cygwin.com/cgi-bin2/package-grep.cgi?grep=bin%2Fmore%5Cb>.


And the better alternative, which is in it's own package, is 'less'.  If
you'd like more from 'more', then you want 'less'. ;-)
