That won't work for those on XP Home.  Only on XP Pro systems.  On XP
Home installs the Simple File Sharing option cannot be turned off
normally.  In order to access the Security tab you have to boot into
safe mode.  Then you can do what you need to.  Simple File Sharing is
disabled in safe mode so you should be able to see the Security tab then.
