- Subject: Accessing network drive with ssh
Hi,
I am using cygwin under Windows 2000 with the Openssh Server.
I have mounted some network drives from a Samba server (for this I have to
enter username and password, since the local user is another than the user
who has access to the samba drive).
Locally I see all drives:
$ ls /cygdrive/
c f z
but when I log in with ssh from my Linux box I don't see the drives:
$ ls /cygdrive/
c
trying to access the drive results in a permission denied message:
$ cd /cygdrive/z
-bash: cd: /cygdrive/z: Permission denied
Can someone help me?
Any help would be appreciated :-)
