[ANNOUNCEMENT] New package: dmalloc 5.4.2 [experimental]

Version 5.4.2-1 of dmalloc has been uploaded.

dmalloc is a malloc debugger. It is a drop in replacement for the system's `malloc', `realloc', `calloc', `free' and other memory management routines
that provides powerful debugging facilities configurable at runtime. These facilities include such things as memory-leak tracking, fence-post
write detection, file/line number reporting, and general logging of statistics.

For more details, see http://dmalloc.com

IT IS CURRENTLY AN EXPERIMENTAL PACKAGE THAT REQUIRES
FUNCTIONALITY ONLY AVAILABLE FROM CYGWIN SNAPSHOTS.

ALSO IGNORE ALL CYGWIN SPECIFIC SECTIONS OF THE OFFICIAL
DMALLOC DOCUMENTATION AND WEB SITE. All Cygwin workarounds documented in the dmalloc package are now obsolete.

To update your installation, click on the "Install Cygwin now" link on
the http://www.cygwin.com web page. This downloads setup.exe
to your system. Then run setup and answer all of the questions.
dmalloc is in the devel category.

If you have questions or comments, please send them to the Cygwin
mailing list: cygwin@cygwin.com, mentioning "dmalloc" in the subject line.
