Re: Shell (bash, (pd)ksh, zsh, /not/ ash) + exec + here-doc + redirect == trouble!

D'oh!  I was thrown off by the fact that I used "bash -xv" in my test
script.  Sorry for the noise.

Right.  Your redirection order explanation is correct.
