The super-short answer:
- Install Cygwin's rxvt.
- Create a Windows shortcut to it.
- In the shortcut's Properties->Shortcut->Target, make it look something
like this:
"C:\unix\bin\rxvt.exe -tn rxvt-cygwin-native -sr -sl 1000 -fn "Lucida
Console-bold-14" -e bash --login -I"
The '-fn "Lucida Console-bold-14"' part sets the font and its size.
