Thank you for your response. Sorry for the inconvenience.

May I know, normally, how long does it take to respond to a query?

Since this is for the first time I have posted my query, I am not aware of quite a few processes that need to be followed. Am I missing something?

I've found in the past that sometimes that error indicates a memory problem of some sort. If your W2K server is indeed a server then perhaps it's running long running service processes that have consumed most of the memory (memory leaks). You might try rebooting it though that may be inconvenient or you could try shutting down some non essential services or restarting services that seem to have hogged memory.
