I am unable to locate the package searching the cygwin packages (not that my being unable to find something means anything).

I can tell you that dmalloc (on sourceforge) builds cleanly (requiring gcc and g++) and passes its self tests on my XP box.

I am sure that someone better informed that I will come along and give you a definitive answer.
