  It's there.  It's a little column of checkboxes headed "Src?".  It's also
one of the options that the "New" column cycles through.

  To find out which package contains a given utility, go to the Cygwin setup
package search page:

http://cygwin.com/packages/

wc is part of textutils, which is in the "Base" category of setup.
