You might try downloading TweakUI from the Power Toys for Windows XP set
of tools (search the www.microsoft.com site) and see if it offers ways
of moving more of the special folders.

Yeah, it's nice to be able to move at least My Documents.  For me, it
now lives in D:\Doc which I find is just so much easier to work with.

Thanks.  But that only moves the "My Documents" directory.  I don't see
a target option for "Documents and Settings", "Program Files", etc.
However, I do appreciate the tip, as it is nice to be able to actually
use "My Documents" without filling up C drive.
