What headers are you including? What declarations are you using in your
code? What compiler invocation are you using? What diagnostics result?
Alas, to my knowledge, no on who reads this list has demonstrated a
great deal of telepathic ability.

library. It appears that the Cygwin libraries do not recognize the
string class at all or its associated operators =,+=, etc. I
installed all the features included with this new version, games,
graphics, etc. Did I install something incorrectly or is there a bug
