You can use ``ps'' to find out the PID and ``kill'' to kill it. For
example: if I want to kill my Mozilla browser (for some reason):
$ ps -W | grep ozilla
68 0 0 68 ? 0 12:35:00 ...
$ /bin/kill --force -9 68
Note that I use /bin/kill because "kill" is a built-in command in Bash and
I don't want to use that one.
