By having ntsec off when running getfacl:
max@POMELLO [/cygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32] $ getfacl wsock32.dll
# file: wsock32.dll
# owner: max
# group: None
user::rwx
group::r-x
other::r-x
mask::rwx
max@POMELLO [/cygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32] $ ntsec
max@POMELLO [/cygdrive/c/WINDOWS/system32] $ getfacl wsock32.dll
# file: wsock32.dll
# owner: Administrators
# group: SYSTEM
user::rwx
group::rwx
group:Users:r-x
group:Power Users:r-x
mask::rwx
other::---
Where ntsec is an alias launching an ntsec-enabled shell.
Max.
