KDE bug after upgrading to the latest.


Platform:	NT4.0 SP6RC6
Version:	SetUp screen:	2.249.2.4
		cygwin		1.3.11-3

Problem:	KFM in KDE manager does not work now. Can not start 		anything from
the start menu. 

Capture:

I was trying to start a game when this showed up. The game was played
lastnight with no problem. Had no problems until this upgrade.
