Wow.  How many times are we going to repeat the fact that copying files
inappropriately "solves" the problem?

Maybe we need a new newsgroup
"cygwin-copied-w32api-to-lib-and-it-works-dammit@cygwin.com"

Because your mount table is screwed up.
