It appears you have /cygdrive changed to /, which caused problems for
someone earlier today. Try changing it back to /cygdrive and upgrading to
1.3.6. The reason for this is because 1.3.6 allows you to cd into /cygdrive
as if it were a directory, where as 1.3.5 did not.
