            PRESS RELEASE

         FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Production Software Services Inc, a Florida
corporation has announced the release to the
commercial markets of the software, PDF-ASSIST-PREDITOR
The announcement was made on August 20, 2001 by
R. A. Carden, President, CEO at the annual stockholders
meeting.

The software has been in use since 1995 and has been
under exclusive license by a leading Document
Conversion Bureau, P.S.S. Inc. Most of the use of
the software has been in the federal contracting arena.
The Conversion Bureau has withdrawn from that business
and the license was revoked and granted under specific
terms to Production Software Services Inc.

"This is the most powerful data migration and conversion
software on the market. We have known for some time
that the software would be better positioned if it were
made available on a worldwide basis", Carden stated.

Production Software Services Inc. has also negotiated a
license agreement with Action Imaging Solutions, a UK
and US based company, that will allow the packaging of
its software product, Preditor with the PDF-ASSIST
software. The trade name of the marketed package
is, PDF-ASSIST-PREDITOR.

"By combining the features of these two very powerful
software products we have made available to the
professionals in the industry, a product that has
heretofore been missing. The end result is a very
marked change in how the migration/conversion
business will proceed from this point", Carden
went on to say.

The product will be made available on a 30 day trial
basis beginning September 15
, 2001.

In keeping with today's technology the trial will
be available as a shareware download
from the company website at <www.pdfassist.com>

The company states that there are no other plans of
market introduction or approach at this time.

Carden concluded by stating, "We are pleased to
make this announcement and offering to the industry.
We know that it will have a positive, significant, and
immediate impact on this industry. Specifically as to
how completed product is produced.

                    END PRESS RELEASE
