Hey, I'm just following the bug reporting instructions and trying to help anyone else out who might have had this problem or might have it in the future.

Besides, I only have a 44kbs connection and haven't downloaded the source and many of the optional packages.  If you send me the scandir() source I'll be happy to patch it for you.  But I'm sure you can do it faster than it took you to reply to my report.
