TMP=%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Temp

and for System:
TEMP=%SystemRoot%\TEMP
TMP=%SystemRoot%\TEMP

but from bash:
TEMP=/cygdrive/c/DOCUME~1/AGOLDS~1.COR/LOCALS~1/Temp (expected)
but no TMP

It is only exported if it actually exists in the environment to
begin with.
