Corinna just announced updated ash and bash. Anyone updating them would
have noticed the new cygwin.

It wasn't a test release. I was waiting for it to show up on a few more
mirrors before I announced it.
My astonishment is that half a dozen people would notice this so quickly.
That leads me to believe that people are updating frequently. Given that
the cygwin downloads on sources.redhat.com are always quite high, I imagine
that people are downloading directly despite my frequent requests not to do
this.
