nslookup is part of the base NT systems so there's perhaps no big
interest in a special port. However, there's a bind-4.9.7 distro
which you can find in
ftp://ftp.isc.org/isc/bind/contrib/ntbind/
A nslookup which runs even on the 9x command line is part of the
package.
