No big deal.  It looks like your simple test case should allow us to
debug this fairly quickly.  Even the 48k case probably wouldn't have
been that hard.

Anyway, thanks for providing the minimal test case.  It helps enormously
when people are willing to winnow things down like this.

I appreciate that you are helping with the problem rather than just
dropping back to the last known release and waiting for someone else to
participate in fixing it.
