If you run setup and chose the option that installs it for everyone (not just
"me"), this should do it.  Alternately, you can create all the same mount 
points and see if this is enough to get you started.  There's a few 
environment variables too but I think those are set in the Cygwin batch 
file (though I could be wrong - I haven't looked at the results of the
setup program for some time).
