Yes.

Yes, at least it reads:

sshd stream tcp nowait root /usr/local/libexec/in.sshd sshd -i

and I copied the sshd.exe file to in.sshd.exe

Anything else I can try? By the way, I only just installed sshd on this
machine, so it's not the case that prior versions worked OK.
