Yes, I certainly have in the past with internal versions of Cygwin, to the
point I never build under Windows 98 (nothing recent though).

I haven't seen it under Windows NT 4.0SP5, and I would imagine it probably
would not show up under Windows 2K, since that is a descendent of NT.  Now, the
upcoming Windows ME release, which is based on the 98 branch, I would suspect
would show the bug.
