should I overwrite the libraries and include file that exist in the
\cygnus\cygwin-b20\h-i586-cygwin32\lib and
\cygnus\cygwin-b20\h-i586-cygwin32\include directories?

Or should I put them somewhere else? and If I put them somewhere else how
will the compiler/linker know to look in that place first only when the
-mno-cygwin option is specified?
