VNC under Windows NT, and Cygwin-B-19.1 , in my hands, was giving a lot of
problems. It often froze the screen when I tried open an OpenGL/GLX
application. Often using VNC for Cygwin-B 19.1 on NT caused machine to slow
down or behave strangely. I ended up trashing it after coupling of week.
