No for now, BFD (library which provides access to object/image
files) doesn't support LE format, where VXD live (dunno where WMD or
how they called live). But adding it won't be very hard, I guess.

No, too, at least if you want just to get familiarized with it.
Just look around: world changed. Some firm made some os. I guess, they
provide freely accessible stuff, so developers can support their crap?
