[ANNOUNCE] B20.1 cygwin1.dll with tape support available

Hi!

I have uploaded my version of cygwin1.dll B20.1 to

ftp://ftp.franken.de/pub/win32/develop/gnuwin32/cygwin32/porters/Vinschen_Corinna/B20

The archive is named cv_cygwin1.dll.tar.gz

This dll offers the following extensions to the official dll:

- tape support (Windows NT only) including ioctl calls.
- raw device support (Physicaldrives Windows NT only)
  including ioctl calls.
- network interface configuration is read from registry.
- extended socket ioctl calls:
  SIOCGIFADDR, SIOCGIFBRDADDR, SIOCGIFNETMASK.
- In mode CYGWIN=notty Ctrl-D is supported as EOF in console
  input mode ICANON|ISIG.

The include files for programming on this new features are
also in the archive.

You will find related tools (mt, tar, cpio with special extension
for more speed on raw devices) in the same directory.
