Hi Serguei,

What do the F7 - F10 function keys do?  I had an instance where these
became the arrow keys and was just wondering if this might be your
case.  Note, my instance wasn't concerning cygwin and from the looks
of what you are saying that yours isn't either.

Also try turning off the NumLock button before pressing the arrow keys.
