Here are some suggestions which _might_ help:

first suggestion:
cd b19/H-i386-cygwin32/bin
mv sh.exe ash.exe
cp bash.exe sh.exe

second suggestion:
edit the Makefile and remove the "SHELL = /<dirpath>/<shell>" reference
