No, but I have found the following idiom to work quite well:-
cd libsrc && cd somelib && cd src && $(MAKE) -f somelib.mk $(ACTION)
You might even find that
cd libsrc/somelib/src && $(MAKE) -f somelib.mk $(ACTION)
works.
