It's a steganograph_ic_ hiding tool: one that uses steganography to hide things.
A steganograph_y_ hiding tool would be something like a chaffer that went
through all the wavs and jpgs on your harddrive munging the low two bits of
the coefficients with random-yet-cunningly-statistically-biased-noise to make
it impossible to tell if any contained steganography or not ...
