Hmmm - why are you using a non-cygwin gpg when posting to a cygwin list?
(then again, since cygwin's gpg is still back at 1.4.5, maybe I've
answered my own question?)
But more importantly, where is your public key?

Without a public key posted on any keyserver, your signature is worthless. :)
