I would assert that it's no less list-specific than PCYMTNQREAIYR.
However, as noted above, I was also only being half serious.
(For the record, 76% of google's hits on PCYMTNQREAIYR contained
'Cygwin', so even though, like TOFU, it seems like common sense, it /is/
actually list-specific.)
